Excavator fuel tank lacks fuel;

Excavator oil leakage or fuel injection pump failure;

The fuel quality is too bad or not clean;

High fuel moisture content;

The oil supply is not smooth;

Gas oil leaking;

Poor engine lubrication;

The fuel pump drive shaft is broken;

The engine holds the shaft and burns the tile;

The engine intake resistance is large and the oil intake is blocked;

Hydraulic spare parts system problem: pump pressure is too large;

The control system receives a signal error;

The length of the fuel injection is not up to standard;

There is a problem with the filter element;

Damage to the seal;

The hydraulic pump does not match the engine power;

Improper adjustment or wear of the valve transmission lever;

The internal coil of the oil shutoff valve is damaged;

The pressure limiting valve hole is blocked by iron filings and oil stains;

There are really too many reasons for the flameout. Just look at the appearance with the naked eye and you may not find the crux. This requires us to dig up the friends to check the equipment in detail. You can check it out from the following aspects:

The first step: inspection of fuel tank and oil

Check if the fuel tank is short of oil?

What is the moisture content of the fuel used?

The oil is best purchased on request and matches the engine model.

Step 2: Inspection of accessories

Is the oil pressure, water temperature and other instruments normal?

Is it judged that the excavator spare parts are not properly matched or the running resistance is too large?

Or is it because the temperature is too high and the piston bites the cylinder or the axle to hold the shaft?

The third step: engine inspection

Check if the engine fuel pump drive shaft is normal?

Check that the engine idle speed spring assembly, the oil pipeline, and the valve train are good.

Check if the pressure limiting valve is blocked?
