The hydraulic oil inlet kinetic energy + upper accumulator kinetic energy pushes the cylinder rod upward to compress the nitrogen chamber, and after the highest point is reached, the reversing valve switches direction. The hydraulic inlet kinetic energy + nitrogen compression kinetic energy pushes the cylinder rod to quickly drill down the drill rod to complete the crushing work.

Third, the correct way to use

1. The drill rod is perpendicular to the striking surface and compacts the drill rod (the diagonal striking easily causes the drill rod to break and damage the cylinder block, and the loosening of the drill rod will result in damage to the cylinder block).

2. Before the crushing operation, the engine should be warmed up for ten minutes, especially in winter, which will help the operation to be smooth; visually check whether the oil pipes leak oil before crushing, and the oil leakage should be treated in time to check whether the broken hammer oil seal leaks oil. Oil leakage should be replaced in time, otherwise the dust will enter the piston wear piston.

3. Do not use heavy hammers to push heavy objects or large stones, which may easily cause the broken hammer bracket to rupture.

4. Do not use the drill rod to shake and shake, which will easily cause the drill rod to break.

5. Do not strike for more than 1 minute in the same place. Otherwise, it will easily cause excessive loss of the drill rod. The position should be changed. Larger and harder stones should be broken at the edge because the edge is easier to break.

6. When the crushing operation is insufficient, the hammer will not fall on the hard rock, the broken hammer and the structural parts of the machine will be damaged too much; if the engine speed is not appropriate, the impact force will be insufficient and the piston valve will be damaged.

7. Do not crush in water or muddy ground. Water will easily invade the piston, causing the piston to rust. The drill rod will easily accumulate dust and accelerate the breaker loss.

8. Do not strike the machine when the bucket, arm or boom cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted. It is easy to cause the shock to return to the shock cylinder and cause the cylinder rod to break.

9. Do not use excavator hammers or drill rods to lift heavy objects, which may easily cause damage to the parts or drill rods, and it is also likely to cause heavy objects to fall off.

10. When the breaker is not used for a long time, the drill rod should be completely pushed into the breaker to push the piston cylinder rod into the piston to avoid the rust corrosion of the cylinder rod exposed to the air.

11. Regularly replaced accessories:

Excessive loss of the drill rod and need to be replaced in time, the drill rod pin should also be replaced at the same time, otherwise the too loose rod will accelerate the loss of the rod;

Oil seal, oil seal leakage or 6 months need to be replaced in time, otherwise the system will enter the foreign body and cause piston wear and damage to the hydraulic system of the excavator;

Throughout bolts, nuts, housing bolts, hydraulic pipes, bushings should be checked regularly, and the loss needs to be replaced in time, otherwise it will easily lead to major failures.

When the hydraulic return filter element and the common breaker are used, the oil return filter needs to be replaced in 250 hours;

When working with hydraulic oil and common breakers, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil of the whole vehicle for 600-1000 hours. Otherwise, the hydraulic system of the machine is easily damaged by the pollution of the hydraulic system;
