Since the introduction of the hydraulic hammer in the 1960s, the technology has been perfected. Compared with the air hammer, the hydraulic hammer has the advantages of low noise, good crushing performance, high energy utilization rate and compact body. It can be directly installed on the universal self-propelled hydraulic machine, and has its own self-powered power unit, which is used in the field of demolishing old buildings and broken roads, ore and other fields.

The excavator spare parts is the one with the most hydraulic hammer installed. With the increase in demolition and crushing operations, hydraulic komatsu excavator spare parts are equipped with hydraulic hammers, and the demand for multi-purpose machines is increasing.

1. Reasonable matching between hydraulic hammer and excavator

The hydraulic hammer and the excavator are reasonably matched, so that the hydraulic hammer can better exert the efficiency and ensure the service life of the hydraulic hammer and the excavator. Under normal circumstances, mainly consider the working weight of the main engine, the output flow and pressure of the backup valve for installing the hydraulic hammer.

1.1 Hydraulic hammer and excavator work weight and work device matching

You can quickly determine whether the hammer and the excavator match by the following relationship:

    0.3<=R•Wb/S•We<=0.5

Where R---maximum fracture radius, S---- half of the excavator's track, Wb----hydraulic hammer working weight, We---excavator working weight, if the ratio calculated by the above formula is less than 0.3, It indicates that the hydraulic hammer is selected to be small, which will cause the hydraulic hammer to be damaged quickly. If the ratio is greater than 0.5, the hydraulic hammer is selected.

In addition, it is necessary to consider whether the radial axial fit clearance between the pin and the pin hole connecting the hydraulic hammer and the working device is appropriate.

1.2 Work flow, pressure matching

Like other hydraulic components, each hydraulic hammer has a rated working pressure for its required flow range. When the hydraulic hammer is selected, the flow demand of the hydraulic hammer must be consistent with the output flow of the excavator backup valve. Generally speaking, the flow rate determines the working efficiency of the hydraulic hammer, that is, the number of impacts per minute, the flow rate is proportional to the number of impacts, but the flow rate is greater than the demand flow of the hydraulic hammer, which will cause the hydraulic system to generate excessive heat, resulting in the system. The temperature rise is too high, reducing the life of the component.

In the optional hydraulic hammer, the working pressure of the hydraulic hammer should also be consistent with the defined pressure of the standby valve. If it does not match, it should be adjusted according to the rated pressure of the hydraulic hammer within the adjustment range of the backup valve.

2, installation

Since most excavators are not equipped with pipe fittings for hydraulic hammers at the factory, they are only equipped with spare valves. Therefore, when these excavators are equipped with hydraulic hammers, they must be equipped with pipes and accessories. Figure 2 is a schematic view of the piping connection of the main components. If the oil return pressure is too high, the impact force of the hydraulic hammer will be reduced. In order to minimize the back pressure of the hydraulic hammer, the common oil return line can be directly returned to the oil tank through the oil filter (no longer through the standby valve). In order to facilitate the replacement of the bucket, excavation work should be carried out, and a shut-off valve should be installed in the pipeline close to the hydraulic hammer. When installing the pipeline, prevent the intrusion of dirt into the system. The steel pipe and joints must be cleaned and the hose must not be twisted.

If the backup valve is not equipped with a control oil circuit. The pressure oil can be extracted from the fuel supply line of the pilot control system (after the safety lock valve) by a three-way boring head, and the backup valve can be controlled by a solenoid valve. The solenoid valve should be controlled by a switch that is easy to handle.

3, use

3.1 Correct operation

Proper operation improves the efficiency of the hydraulic hammer and extends the life of the excavator's hydraulic hammer. Pay special attention to the following points when working.

    (1) The hydraulic hammer drill rod is always perpendicular to the surface of the broken object, and the crushed object is pressed using the brazing. Immediately after the crushing, the hydraulic hammer is stopped to prevent the air strike.

    (2) When crushing a particularly hard object, first tap it from the edge and do not hammer it for one minute at the same point to prevent the drill rod from burning or the hydraulic oil from overheating.

    (3) When the excavator is turning, do not let the drill rod touch other objects.

    (4) When working in water, only the drill rod should be immersed in water. If it is really necessary to immerse the hydraulic hammer in the water, a special underwater working hydraulic hammer should be ordered from the manufacturer.

3.2 Maintenance

Due to the harsh working conditions of the hydraulic hammer, proper maintenance reduces machine failure and extends the life of the machine. In addition to the routine maintenance of the excavator, the following points should also be noted.

    (1) Visual inspection Check the gap between the drill rod and its bushing and check if there is any hydraulic oil oozing out. If oil seeps out, it indicates that the low pressure oil seepage seal has been damaged and should be replaced by a professional. Check if the relevant bolts are loose and the pin on the connection is worn.

    (2) Lubrication The lubrication point of the working device should be added with grease at least twice a day.

    (3) Replacing the filter element and hydraulic oil When using the hydraulic hammer, the deterioration and contamination of the hydraulic oil is much faster than that of the ordinary bucket. Normally, the oil filter element and hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system should be replaced at half the normal replacement cycle.

The backup valve is not equipped with a control oil circuit. The pressure oil can be extracted from the fuel supply line of the pilot control system (after the safety lock valve) by a three-way boring head, and the backup valve can be controlled by a solenoid valve. The solenoid valve should be controlled by a switch that is easy to handle. https://jnjmzm.wixsite.com/sdjygcjx
