Komatsu excavator, why are you always "muscle weakness"?

The hydraulic pump of the Komatsu excavator original spare parts  is a plunger variable pump. After working for a certain period of time, the internal hydraulic components (cylinder block, plunger, distribution plate, nine-hole plate, turtle back, etc.) of the pump inevitably produce excessive wear and tear, resulting in a large amount of internal leakage. The data of each parameter is not coordinated, resulting in insufficient flow of oil, high temperature, slow speed, and high pressure cannot be established, so the action is slow and excavated.

In this case, the hydraulic pump must be removed, the hydraulic pump should be turned on for data measurement, the problem of the Komatsu excavator spare parts should be confirmed, the accessories that cannot be used can be replaced, the excavator spare parts that can be used continue to be repaired, and the hydraulic pump can be reassembled and then the upper calibration table can be debugged. , match the soft parameters of each system (pressure, flow, torque, power, etc.).

The excavator also has another important hydraulic spare parts, the multi-way distribution valve, which has a main safety valve, a secondary valve, a jet valve, a charge valve and the like. If the pressure set by these safety valves does not reach the standard pressure (such as the standard pressure of the pc200-3 main safety valve is 32MPa, and the current pressure is only 25MPa), it will lead to excavation; and, if the valve stem and valve The gap between the holes is too large due to wear, the valve rod is not fully returned, and a large amount of diarrhea causes insufficient flow and slow speed.

In this case, the multi-way distribution valve must be removed, directly on the inlet calibration table for commissioning, and the pressure of all safety valves should be reset to the standard pressure to eliminate the gap between the valve stem and the valve hole.

The hydraulic pump on the imported excavator is equipped with a pilot tooth soft pump, which mainly participates in the variable of the hydraulic pump and acts as a pilot oil to open the valve stem of the multi-distribution valve to make it reverse. If the gear pump wear level does not establish a certain pressure or the safety valve on the gear pump is not set to a certain pressure, the hydraulic pump will always be in a low flow state, the valve stem cannot be completely reversed, the flow is insufficient, and the movement is slow. The pressure is insufficient and the excavation is weak.
