When the excavator engine parts, it should first crank the crankshaft for several times, then start with the middle throttle. If it is started with a large throttle, it can not be started several times, and the fuel is easily "flooded" the engine;
When starting the excavator, the throttle should be properly increased to prevent the engine from stalling. If the engine is restarted, it is very oily;
When the excavator accelerates, it should accelerate slowly and not accelerate. According to the experiment, the vehicle accelerates from the start to the medium speed (30km/h), and the fuel consumption of the rapid acceleration (25s) is about the slow acceleration (40-45s). 2 times the fuel consumption;
In the excavator driving, the economic speed should be adopted, which is safe and fuel-efficient;
When the China excavator parts factory is being repaired and inspected, if the crank is to close the throttle, the injector will continuously inject oil into the cylinder. Excessive fuel will enter the cylinder, which will not only waste fuel, but also cause the next start to be difficult, and some fuels will be smooth. The cylinder wall flows the oil sump, which easily causes the oil to deteriorate, thereby accelerating the wear of the machine and reducing the power of the engine;
When the excavator is parked, if the vehicle stops for more than 10 minutes, the engine should be turned off. It is very harmful to the engine due to long idle operation, and it is wasted fuel.
