★ Park the machine on a level surface and lower the work unit to the ground.

★ Measure the intake pressure under the following conditions.

Engine coolant temperature: within working range

Hydraulic oil temperature: within working range

1. Open the hood and remove the inlet pressure check plug from the intake connector.

2. Install the nipple [1] of the booster meter assembly R and connect it to the meter [2].

3. Run the engine at medium or high speed and drain the oil from the hose.

★ Insert the meter and hose connector approximately halfway, and then repeatedly open the automatic seal on one side of the hose and the oil will be drained.

★ If there is oil in the hose, the meter will not work. Therefore, be sure to drain the oil clean.

4. Set the operating mode to strong mode (P) and turn on the swing lock switch.

★ If the swing lock switch is turned on, the main relief valve will be set to high pressure relief.

5. When operating the engine at high idle speed, overflow the stick oil path and measure the intake pressure.

6. After the measurement is complete, remove the measurement tool and reinstall the removed excavator spare parts.
