3, set the excavator posture

(1) The excavator parts traveling motor is in the same direction as the counterweight;

(2) The angle between the boom and the arm is 90 degrees;

(3) The bucket boots are on the ground.

4, operation demonstration

(1) Dressing lecturer and operation instructor dress code: red helmet, white gloves, overalls.

(2) The lecturer uses the megaphone to read the operation steps one by one.

(3) The operation instructor shall follow the instructions read by the lecturer and follow the steps to demonstrate the operation. (Requirement: sound loud, action standard)

5. Operation steps

(1) The trainee enters the operation area, walks to the right side of the excavator spare parts, and faces the work device to stand upright and self-reports the name.

(2) Point the right index finger to the working device, and check the order of the bucket, arm, and boom to check for deformation, cracks, oil leakage, loose bolts, and butter addition. If normal, shout "The right working device is normal." ".

Note: When operating in the field, the following items should be checked first, but exempt from inspection.

a. oil level and viscosity of engine oil;

b. engine fan belt, compressor belt tension;

c. There are no flammable items around the engine;

d. Rotating the oil level and viscosity of the gear oil of the reducer;

e. Distributing valve, rotating motor, oil pipe, etc. with or without oil leakage.

(3) Go to the right side of the walking device (1 meter away from the working track), and use the right index finger to press the order of the guide wheel, the track beam and the driving wheel to confirm whether the tension of the right track is normal, whether there is deformation or crack. Whether there is oil leakage, whether there is bolt drop. If it is normal, then shout, "the right side of the walking device is normal."

(4) Unscrew the drain valve at the bottom of the diesel fuel tank to release water.

(5) Open the right rear side cover and confirm the following. After confirming, close the cover.

a. Whether the hydraulic oil level is normal;

b. Whether the excavator hydraulic spare parts leaks oil;

c. Is there any water in the lower part of the oil-water separator?

(6) Go to the back side of the excavator and face the counterweight. Use your right index finger to point to the lower cover of the upper frame. From front to back, confirm whether there is any water leakage or oil leakage. If it is normal, shout "no oil leakage." No leakage."

(7) Go to the left side of the excavator and confirm the left side walking device by the same method as (3). If it is normal, shout "Left walking device is normal".

(8) Open the left rear side cover, confirm the water level of the auxiliary water tank, whether the blinds are blocked, the water level of the wiper water tank, and close the cover after confirmation.

(9) Go to the left side of the working device and press (2) to confirm the left working device. If it is normal, shout "The left working device is normal".

(10) Go to the front of the door, stand upright, use the right finger to the left and right sides to confirm the situation of pedestrians and vehicles. If it is normal, then shout "safe before and after".

(11) Open the door, grab the armrests on both sides with your left and right hands, step on the foot frame on the track beam with your right foot, step on the track with your left foot, and then slam the driver's seat on your right foot.

(12) After sitting in the cab seat, confirm with your right index finger:

a. The safety lock lever is in the locked state, shouting "locked state";

b. The operating lever is in a neutral state, shouting "neutral state";

c. The throttle is at "LOW" (low throttle) and shouts "low throttle".

(13) Insert the key into the start switch, turn it to the right to the "ON" position, and use the right index finger to check the LCD display and the diesel oil level and water level pointer. If it is normal, the instrument will be "normal".

(14) Press the knob switch at the top of the left operating handle and turn the key to the right to "START" (start position) to start the engine.

(15) Get off the bus (sequentially on the opposite side of the car, the method is the same), go to the rear of the machine, and confirm the oil and water leakage according to the same method as (6). If it is normal, shout "no oil leakage, no water leakage".

(16) Return to the cab and use the working mode selector switch to adjust the working mode to "A" mode; turn the throttle to the right to the middle throttle position and lower the left red safety lock lever.

(17) Gently pull the left and right operating handles to confirm that the mechanical action is normal.

(18) Pull the right operating handle backwards and raise the boom to make the outside of the bucket 40cm from the ground. The bucket is parallel to the ground.

(19) Point the right index finger to the right front lower guide wheel, confirm that the guide wheel is in front of the excavator, and then confirm the left and right pedestrians and vehicle status. If normal, shout "left and right safety".

(20) Both hands push forward the walking operation handle at the same time, and walk 3 meters forward at a low speed.

(21) Pull the right operating handle backwards and raise the boom to raise the bucket shoe to the line of sight.

(22) Use the right index finger to confirm the condition of the right pedestrian and the vehicle. If it is normal, shout "right side safety". Move the left operation handle to the right to rotate the excavator to the right by 45 degrees.

(23) Push forward the right operating handle, lower the boom, and make the bucket shoe 60cm away from the ground; push the right operating handle to the right to raise the bucket to 20cm from the ground (the soil starts to fall off) .

(24) Both hands push forward the left and right operating handles at the same time, lowering the boom and extending the arm to the maximum stroke (evenly pouring the soil evenly on the way).

(25) Operate the right operating handle, slightly raise the boom, so that the bucket is at an angle of 45 degrees to the ground.

(26) At the same time, the arm and the boom are recovered, so that the bucket of the bucket is 15cm away from the ground (the excavation depth of the bucket is 20cm when digging), and the angle of the boom and the arm is 90 degrees. Bucket full 2/3 level).

(27) Push the left side lever forward slightly to prevent the arm from retreating to prevent the dirt from accumulating in front of the track shoe. Move the right operating handle to the right side so that the sides of the bucket are parallel to the ground.

(28) Pull the right operating handle backwards and raise the boom to raise the bottom of the bucket to the parallel height of the line of sight. The arm is slightly recovered on the way to prevent the soil from falling out.

(29) Use the right index finger to confirm the situation of the pedestrians and vehicles on the left side. If it is normal, then shout "Safe on the left side".

(30) Move the left operating handle to the left to rotate the excavator 90 degrees to the left.

(31) Perform the operation in accordance with the methods (23), (24), (25), (26), (27), and (28).

(32) According to the method of (22), rotate 45 degrees to the right; pour the soil according to (23), (24).

(33) Both hands move the left and right operating handles at the same time, recover the big arm and the small arm to make it 90 degrees, and make the bucket boots 40cm off the ground.

(34) According to the method of (19), confirm that the guide wheel is in front and return to the rear to confirm the situation. If it is normal, then shout "Safe left and right rear".

(35) Use both hands to pull the walking operation handle backwards at the same time to make the excavator recede 3 meters.

(36) Push forward the right operating handle and lower the boom to lower the bucket shoe to the ground (the arm and the arm are at an angle of 90 degrees).

(37) Turn the throttle knob to the left to the "LOW" position and pull up the red safety lock lever with your left hand. (Empress: let the engine rotate at low speed for 5 minutes) Turn the key switch to the left to "OFF" (shutdown) ) position, turn off the engine, pull out the key.

(38) Use the right index finger to confirm the situation of the pedestrians and vehicles on the left side. If it is normal, then shout "Safe before and after".

(39) Get off the car in the reverse order of (11) and close the door.
