Assembly of excavator slewing reducer

1) Install the rolling bearing into the casing.

2) Install the drive shaft into the housing, then install the oil seal and rolling bearing.

3) Install the stop ring and thrust bearing to the top of the drive shaft.

4) Mounting bracket 2 components.

1 Install the thrust gear into the bracket 2.

2 Install the bushing into the planetary gear 2, and then install the planetary gear 2 into the bracket 2.

3. Attach the pin 2 to the bracket 2, then press the spring pin with a hammer.

4 Tap the edge of the spring pin with a hammer. Note that you should not confuse the matching marks on each excavator spare part.

5) Install the bracket 2 assembly correctly on the drive shaft.

6) Mount the sun gear 2 and the thrust gear to the center of the bracket 2.

7) Mounting bracket 1 assembly.

1 Attach the pin 1 to the bracket 1, and then press the spring pin with a hammer.

2 hammer the edge of the spring pin with two points.

3 Attach the side panel 3 to the center of the bracket 1.

4 Put the needle roller box into the planetary gear 1.

5 The side plate, the planetary gear 1, the side plate 2 and the stop ring are attached to the pin l.

Be careful not to confuse the matching marks on each part.

8) Mount the sun gear l to the side panel 3.

9) Attach the bracket 1 assembly to the bracket 2 assembly, as shown in Figure 1.

Be careful not to confuse the matching marks on each komatsu excavator spare part.

8) Mount the sun gear l on the side panel 3,

9) Attach the bracket 1 assembly to the bracket 2 assembly.

10) Apply Loctite glue to the mounting hole of the shell.

11) Tighten the three M16 eyebolts to the ring gear, lift the ring gear and install it on the shell.

Pay attention to the correct installation of the positioning pin.

12) Hit the four positioning pins around the ring gear with a hammer.

13) Attach the komatsu spare parts stop ring to the drive shaft of the swing motor.

14) Apply Loctite glue to the mounting hole of the ring gear, and then attach the swing motor to the ring gear.

Pay attention to the installation position of the oil gauge.

15) Tighten the socket bolt around the swing motor assembly.

16) Install the plug gauge and the oil gauge retaining tube.

17) Place the swing motor face down, install the cover and tighten the hex head bolts.

Install the spacer and pinion on the drive shaft. Install the lock plate on the pinion. Attach the two lock plates to the lock plate and align the two holes on the lock plate with the mounting holes of the drive shaft. Tighten the hex head bolts on the drive shaft and lift the corners of the locking tabs over the hex head bolts.
